# AI job descriptions

> Generate or rewrite advertised job copy from the job’s details, in your house style.

Writing adverts is the part of advertising most desks postpone. Kepler's description editor has AI built in, so a publishable draft is one click away.

## Generate

On the job's **Advertising** tab, click **Generate Job Description**. The AI uses the job title, company, location, employment type, department and internal brief, then follows your workspace's **job description template** (set in **Settings → Job Portal**). The template defines your house structure: section order, tone, what to always include or never mention. Review the result before publishing.

## Rewrite

Already have copy? Click **Rewrite** and give an instruction in plain language:

  - "Make it more concise and remove the buzzwords"

  - "Adjust the tone for a senior executive audience"

  - "Translate to German"

The rewrite replaces the editor contents — review, tweak and publish. Nothing goes live until you set the posting to Published.

## AI credits

Generation and rewriting each consume **one AI credit** from your workspace's allowance, like other on-demand AI actions. If you hit your allowance, the button will tell you — see [AI in Kepler — overview](/support/articles/ai-overview/).

> **WARN:** Always read generated copy before publishing. The AI writes from the data on the job — if the brief says the wrong salary, so will the advert.
