# Billing & seats

> The Kepler plan, seat usage, and what happens when you hit the limit.

## The plan

Kepler is sold as a single plan, called **Kepler**. Every feature is included on every seat — unlimited records and storage, plain-English search, CV parsing and bulk import, the AI Note Taker, Gmail and Outlook sync, calendar and scheduling, pipelines, jobs and tasks, the branded job board, the Chrome extension, custom fields and saved views, and reporting and billings. There is no tier to compare and nothing held back for a higher package, so the only thing that changes what you pay is how many seats you have.

The price is per user, per month. UK pricing is **£89 billed annually** (£1,068 per seat / year), or **£109 billed monthly**. Local pricing is also available in USD, EUR and AUD; the [pricing page](/#pricing) carries every current rate.

## AI allowance

Every AI feature is included on every seat. On-demand generative actions draw on a monthly allowance covering search, matching, parsing and the Assistant. If your team needs more capacity, contact your Kepler account or support contact to raise the allowance.

## Multi-office or 50+ seats

Larger agencies are quoted on a call rather than off the price list: volume pricing, a managed migration of your existing database, office-level permissions and a security review with your IT team. [Book a call](/demo/) to discuss it.

## Where to see your seats

The **Seat usage** card at the top of **Settings → Members** shows how many seats are in use across active members and pending invitations, with your subscription status.

## How seats are counted

**Active members plus pending invitations** count against your seat limit. Revoking a pending invitation or removing a member frees the seat immediately. If an invite seems "stuck" against your count, check the **Pending invitations** section on the same page for invites you can revoke.

## When you hit the limit

With no seats left, Kepler blocks new invitations and blocks acceptance of an outstanding one, both with a clear message. Free a seat by revoking a pending invitation or removing a member.

## Changing seats or billing

There is no self-serve upgrade, payment or invoice page inside Kepler. Your seat limit, billing cycle and AI allowance are administered by Kepler — contact your Kepler account or support contact and the change takes effect immediately, without a redeploy.

## If the workspace becomes inactive

If the workspace's access lapses, Kepler shows **Workspace access is disabled** and every page except **Settings → Profile** is closed off until it's restored. Invitations, AI features and CV parsing are blocked while it lasts. Nothing is deleted — contact your workspace admin or Kepler support.

## FAQs

  - **Which AI features are included?** All of them — AI is part of the plan on every seat. On-demand generative actions draw on your monthly AI allowance; when it runs out, AI actions stop with a clear message until the allowance is raised.

  - **What happens to a removed member's records?** They stay in the workspace; reassign ownership as needed.

  - **Where do I get help?** The workspace menu's **Help Center** link opens Kepler's support site.
