# Calendar & scheduling meetings

> See your meetings in Kepler, schedule new ones linked to records, and power the scheduler and AI Note Taker.

_Collection: Email, Calendar & Meetings (email-calendar) — Kepler Help Center. Canonical: https://keplercrm.com/support/articles/calendar-sync/_

The **Calendar** page shows your meetings inside Kepler — and a connected calendar is the foundation for two more features: [booking links](/support/articles/booking-links/) (others book into your real availability) and the [AI Note Taker](/support/articles/ai-note-taker/) (which covers the online meetings on your calendar).

## Connecting

Calendars ride on your connected accounts: **Google Suite** syncs Google Calendar and **Microsoft Outlook** syncs Outlook Calendar. Connect either under **Settings → Communications Accounts**; your events appear and stay in sync automatically.

## Scheduling a meeting from Kepler

Click **Schedule Meeting** on the Calendar page:

  - Title, date and time (with timezone and all-day options), location and description.

  - **Attendees** — invitees receive a normal calendar invitation.

  - **Online meeting** toggle — adds a **Google Meet** or **Microsoft Teams** link, depending on which calendar the meeting is created in.

  - **Link records** — attach candidates, contacts, companies or jobs, and the meeting appears on those records' **History** timelines. Linking a person with an email adds them as an attendee automatically.

You can also schedule from a record: open its **Calls** tab and choose **Schedule meeting**, or use **Schedule meeting** in the record's **Add** menu. The meeting is linked to the record, and once it has happened it returns to the Calls tab as a recording.

No calendar connected? You can still log the meeting — it's saved as an activity on the linked records without a calendar event. To record a meeting that has already happened, use **Log meeting** on the record's Notes tab.

## What you see

  - Your schedule inside the CRM — no tab-switching between calls.

  - Meetings with online links (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) are recognised — these are the meetings the Note Taker can cover.

  - Bookings made through your booking link land here too, since they're created directly in your connected calendar.

## Privacy

Your calendar is yours: connecting it doesn't publish your events to the workspace. Booking-link visitors see only free/busy-derived available slots — never event titles or attendees.

> **NOTE:** Calendar connection is per-user, like email. Each teammate connects their own calendar under their own account.
