Ask Kepler in plain English and it searches every candidate, CV and conversation you've ever logged — then hands you the shortlist before your competitor even opens their ATS.
Who could run a data platform team in London on £90k+, and could start inside eight weeks?
Twelve people fit. Nine you've already spoken to — the four below were interviewed in the last year and each told us on the call they'd move for the right platform role.

Right now
You paid for every name in your database. Now nobody can find them.
Searching your own database is slower than starting again on LinkedIn. So nobody does.
A spec lands at 9am. Clients don't pick the best recruiter — they pick the first good CV.
The calls nobody logged. The client who only ever emailed them. It all walks out too.
All three come back to one thing: your CRM only knows what someone typed into it — and nobody has time to type.
What's already in the box
Your team is paying for an ATS, a notetaker, a parser and three spreadsheets. Kepler is all of them — and the meeting recorder, project management, the revenue report and the job board are in the box too, on every plan.
A bot joins your Zoom, Teams or Meet interview, records it, and writes the summary and actions onto the candidate's record.
Instead of a separate notetaker
Every job run as a piece of work, not a row — and the tasks and reminders inside it written by the AI off your calls and emails, on the record they belong to.
Instead of a separate project tool
Fees, splits and consultant billings computed off the placements themselves — so the revenue number is the pipeline, not a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month.
Instead of the spreadsheet someone maintains
Your careers page, hosted and live, with every applicant landing straight in the pipeline — parsed and deduped on arrival.
Instead of a careers-page plugin
And the rest of the desk, on every plan
No add-ons. No AI credits. No per-module pricing.
Run your desk
The big firms win on research teams and process discipline. Kepler gives you both without the headcount — the database work, the note-taking and the chasing happen whether anyone remembers or not.
The Chrome extension tells you who's already in your database as you browse, imports the ones who aren't in a click, and flags the ones who've changed job since you last spoke.
Kepler flags the jobs nobody has submitted to yet, and the candidates your client hasn't come back on — before they ring you for an update.
Day rate, clearance, right to work, languages — whatever your market runs on. Your own stages and saved views too, without waiting on support.
Salary, notice period, availability — pulled straight out of the CV, the email or the call, so your consultants sell instead of type.
Kepler scores your whole database against the spec the moment it lands, and shows you which of the client's criteria each person actually meets.
All of it logged in order, on the record, visible to the whole team. When someone leaves or covers a desk, the conversation is still there.
Every channel, one record
A salary mentioned on a call. A notice period in a WhatsApp. An availability date buried in an email thread. Kepler catches all three and writes them onto the record — the fields nobody ever goes back to fill in.
A 20-minute call. We load a slice of your data and you search it yourself — no slide deck, no pretend company.
A team you already know
Kepler comes from the makers of RemakeCV, the CV formatting and parsing platform already supporting 300+ recruitment agencies and thousands of recruiters. We've spent years inside agency workflows — Kepler is everything we learned, built into a CRM.

Day one
Everything you've collected goes through the same RemakeCV engine 300+ agencies already run on. Every CV comes out as fields — so the archive is searchable and match-ready before your team logs in, not after six months of tidying.
The same person in three exports arrives as one record, with the fullest version of each field kept and the rest shown to you.
Fields are extracted, but the CV itself stays on the record — so you can always send the document the client actually asked for.
Free on every plan. You send the export from your current ATS; we handle extraction, mapping and validation, and stay on it until go-live.
✦ AI-led features
Every thread lands against the right candidate and job on its own. Then Kepler reads it and proposes the change — stage moved, notice period given, headcount raised — and you accept or reject in a click. Nothing is written behind your back.
The same engine reads your call recordings and your calendar. Every proposal shows its source, and the ones that overwrite something a person set have to say why.

Privacy & security
Kepler is built for agencies operating across the UK, EU and APAC — your data encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated to your workspace, and never used to train AI models.

Everything agencies usually ask before switching. Anything else — ask us on a demo call.
Any ATS or CRM. Kepler's flexible data model maps your existing candidates, clients, jobs, notes and full activity history across with virtually zero data loss. We're able to move teams off Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Loxo, Recruiterflow and many more.
Yes. We offer a trial so your team can run real roles through Kepler — sourcing, pipeline and outreach included — before you commit to a migration.
Yes. AI is built into every plan — candidate-to-job matching, inbox triage, CV parsing and autofilled attributes are all included, not sold as a separate add-on.
No. Your data is never used to train AI models. Your candidates, clients and conversations stay yours, and Kepler is GDPR and PDPA compliant.
You export it. The whole workspace — candidates, clients, jobs, activity and files — is yours to take out whenever you want, and there's no exit fee for doing it. We'd rather you stayed because the product works than because leaving is painful.
No. Buy one seat if you're a solo recruiter. Add a consultant when you hire one and drop the seat when they leave — you're billed for the seats you're actually using.
Partly, and we'd rather be straight about it. Contract placements, day rates, margins and multi-currency fees are all supported. Timesheets, invoicing and payroll are not — if your desk runs on those, you'd keep your back-office system and use Kepler for everything up to and including the placement.
Because the AI, the meeting recorder, the parser and the job board are in the price rather than sold as modules or metered credits. Priced like-for-like against an ATS plus a notetaker plus a parser plus a careers-page plugin, Kepler is usually cheaper — and it's one bill instead of four.
