Northwind Capital is building the data platform behind its research desk, and is hiring a senior engineer to own it end to end — ingestion, warehouse and the tooling the analysts work in.

What you will do

  • Run the ingestion platform in Python and Spark.
  • Own the AWS estate the warehouse sits on.
  • Lead a small team through the next migration.

Can the careers page run on my own domain?

Yes. Kepler hosts it at jobs.youragency.com with your logo and your words — you add one CNAME record at your DNS provider and verify it in Settings → Job Portal. Hosting, certificates and updates are handled by us, so there is nothing to install, patch or renew.

Will the roles show up on Google?

Every published role ships structured job data — a JobPosting record carrying the title, the hiring organisation, the location, the employment type and the date it was posted — so search engines can render the listing rather than infer it. Because the board runs on your domain, that ranking accrues to you.

Where do applications go?

Straight into the job they applied to, on the Inbound tab. Contact details and current title are parsed from the CV on arrival, an applicant already in your database is flagged and merged into the record they have rather than duplicated, and each one carries a score against the same rubric as your shortlists. Accepting puts them on the pipeline board at the stage the posting names.

Do applicants need an account?

No. The form asks for a first name, a last name and an email, with phone, location and LinkedIn optional, and a CV attached as a PDF or Word file. There is no sign-up, no password and no portal login to forget.

Is the hosted careers page an add-on?

No. Kepler is one plan and the careers page is in it. There is no module to buy on top and no per-application fee — hosting, certificates and updates are all part of the plan.
