The seven Recruit CRM alternatives, in one line each
- Kepler — one price, one assistant across the whole database, migration done for you.
- Recruiterflow — boutique agencies whose desk runs on multichannel outbound sequences.
- Crelate — US boutique agencies that want an optional back office and a sourcing pool.
- Spott — EU agencies that want many AI features, a published price and ISO 27001.
- Loxo — contingency and retained firms that need to buy reach into an 850M+ graph.
- Vincere — UK and APAC mid-size agencies that want temps, pay and bill in one vendor.
- JobAdder — agencies whose flow comes from paid job boards and a large integration marketplace.
Why do agencies look for a Recruit CRM alternative?
Recruit CRM publishes its prices, so the reasons an agency goes looking elsewhere are visible on its pricing page and in its help centre rather than in anyone’s opinion. Five recur.
- The working AI is a tier up. The pricing table lists two AI candidate matches on Pro and fifty on Business and Enterprise; MCP access, open API access and removing Recruit CRM branding are not on Pro either. The USD 95 entry price is not the price of the product an agency comparing AI tools is evaluating; Business at USD 135 is.
- Six add-ons are billed separately below Enterprise. Advanced Analytics USD 25 and LinkedIn Messages USD 12 per user per month, Workflow Automation USD 41 a month for 1,000 tasks, Recruit Craft USD 41 a month, Job Multiposting USD 20 a month and Data Enrichment USD 250 a year on Pro and Business; Enterprise at USD 215 bundles them.
- Search stops at the CV. The help centre describes Boolean search as covering the record’s profile and the CV in the default Resume field. Email threads and call transcripts are not part of what search reads.
- A 30-day audit log that does not see the API. The log covers the last 30 days, on Business and Enterprise only, and actions performed through the API are not recorded.
- Migration in is free only if you do it yourself. The Excel and CSV import tool is free; done-for-you migration is priced by the amount of data.
None of those is a defect; they are a pricing structure, and for an agency that wants timesheets, bulk SMS, multiposting and a mobile app in one inexpensive system, Recruit CRM is a good buy. The list below is for the agency that does not need all of those.

How we evaluated these alternatives
Every claim about another vendor comes from that vendor’s own public material, read on the dates in the sources list, and every price is the plan that carries the AI features rather than the cheapest tier. Where a vendor does not publish a price, this post says so and stops. Kepler publishes this page and is one of the seven, so read the Kepler entry as an interested party’s account; what Kepler does not do is listed in the same entry.
1. Kepler
What it is
Kepler is a recruitment CRM built around one assistant and a searchable database. A single agent in a sidebar on every page — roughly fifteen tools, @-mentions of records, results returned as record sets you can save as a list — reads the whole workspace and can create and update records once a person approves the change. Search is hybrid semantic and keyword retrieval across candidates, CVs, notes, email threads and call transcripts, and matching returns a ranked shortlist with a verdict and a source for every requirement. Around that sit pipelines, email and calendar sync with AI drafting, a meeting notetaker, a WhatsApp and LinkedIn inbox, CV parsing and formatting, email campaigns, automations, reporting, a client portal, a consent ledger, a job board on your own domain, and a public API with webhooks. It suits an agency whose main asset is years of CVs, notes and conversations nobody can currently search.
Pricing
USD 99 per user per month billed annually (USD 1,188 per seat per year), or USD 129 monthly. One edition, every feature included, unlimited records, a monthly AI allowance with more on request, and a done-for-you migration free on every plan: Kepler does the extraction, mapping and de-duplication, you review fifty of your own records before the full load, and it lands in days. Full workspace export at any time, no exit fee.
What Kepler does not do
Kepler has no timesheets, invoicing or payroll; no SMS inbox or SMS campaign step (SMS is a one-off send from a connected phone line); no job multiposting beyond its own job board; no sourcing database and no contact enrichment; no native mobile app; and no ISO 27001 or SOC 2. Recruit CRM ships every one of those. An agency choosing Kepler is choosing depth on its own data over breadth of operations.
See Kepler’s pricing and the feature pages.
2. Recruiterflow
What it is
Recruiterflow is an ATS and CRM for search and recruitment firms, built around a multichannel sequencing engine and AIRA, a suite of AI agents each scoped to one task; its website states that 2,100+ search firms use it. It is the closest substitute here: the same segment, a published entry price, and a second tier that carries the AI.
Pricing
The AIRA Plan, which carries AIRA Notetaker, AIRA Matchmaker and the Field Updates Agent, is priced “Let’s chat custom pricing” (recruiterflow.com/pricing, 13 Sep 2026). The Platform Plan is USD 119 per user per month billed annually or USD 149 monthly and drops every AIRA agent, omnichannel sync and custom BI dashboards. No add-ons within a plan. Self-serve import is free; white-glove migration is paid by data volume, 6–8 weeks, with a fee waiver discussed only on multi-year contracts.
Where Recruiterflow is ahead of Kepler
Its sequences send email, calls, SMS and professional-networking messages natively with branching logic; Kepler’s campaigns send email only. AIRA Source covers 850M+ profiles with phone and email finder agents, and Kepler has no sourcing database. Recruiterflow posts jobs to LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor, models deals with a probability to close, attaches interview scorecards to pipeline stages, ships custom BI dashboards, and publishes a dozen named case studies. Kepler has none of those.
Side by side: Kepler vs Recruiterflow. The long-form account: the Recruiterflow review.
3. Crelate
What it is
Crelate is a long-established recruiting platform for boutique and mid-size agencies in the United States, sold in named parts: Crelate Recruit (ATS and CRM), Crelate Hire (onboarding and compliance) and Crelate Deliver, the optional back office for assignments, timekeeping, invoicing and payroll export. Its AI is Co-Pilot for in-app chat, a Discovery Agent over an external profile network and an Insights Agent that enriches your records. For a Recruit CRM customer who chose it partly for timesheets and invoicing, Crelate keeps that.
Pricing
Business Plus, the tier with the Advanced AI Assistant, automation and sequences and the full API, is listed as “Custom”, paid annually (crelate.com/pricing, 13 Sep 2026) — no public figure. Business is USD 119 per user per month billed annually or USD 149 monthly, with the AI Assistant and client portals but not sequences, business-development workflows or the full API. Essentials is USD 85 paid annually, capped at two users and 20,000 contacts. Texting, email campaigns, eSignature and enrichment carry an additional fee on every tier; migration is a separate package scoped by sales.
Where Crelate is ahead of Kepler
Crelate Deliver runs timekeeping, invoicing and payroll export inside the same platform the recruiters use; Kepler has no back office at any price. The Discovery Agent searches what Crelate describes as up to 1 billion people; Kepler sells no candidate database. Crelate lists business-development workflows on Business Plus, lets recruiters text from Crelate and from Crelate Connector, its iOS and Android app, and lists ISO/SOC 2 compliance among its Platform-tier options. Kepler has none of those.
Side by side: Kepler vs Crelate. The long-form account: the Crelate review.
4. Spott
What it is
Spott describes itself as an AI-native ATS and CRM for recruitment agencies, EU-weighted, with a weekly changelog and roughly thirty integrations. Its approach to AI is many discrete features — CV diffing, enrichment, AI-filled columns, matching, text-to-filters, inbound triage, call mining, scorecards, CV reformatting — each with its own toggle. It suits an agency leaving Recruit CRM for a newer product that still publishes a price.
Pricing
Spott Pro is USD 199 per user per month billed annually or USD 249 monthly (spott.io/pricing, 13 Sep 2026): the tier that adds automations, multi-channel sequences, a marketing suite and data enrichment to Core’s notetaker, search and matching. Core is USD 139 annual or USD 169 monthly and drops those four. AI token spend for matching, notes and drafting is included in every plan; enrichment credits for contact data cost extra. Spott runs the migration, typically four weeks, and publishes no migration fee.
Where Spott is ahead of Kepler
Spott models opportunities with a closing-rate per stage, so a board shows weighted pipeline value; generates interview scorecard templates; integrates seven VoIP providers, Aircall among them, with inbound call cards and SMS threads; distributes jobs through Broadbean and idibu; finds missing emails and phone numbers through a waterfall of data providers; ships iOS and Android apps; models company hierarchies; and holds ISO 27001 with EU hosting. Kepler has none of those.
Side by side: Kepler vs Spott. The long-form account: the Spott review.
5. Loxo
What it is
Loxo calls itself a Talent Intelligence Platform rather than an ATS, and the piece that makes the claim is Loxo Source: a proprietary graph published as 850M+ professionals, searched in the same motion as your own database. Around it sit an ATS and CRM, a sales CRM, multi-channel outreach, an AI notetaker, a hiring manager portal and an agentic workforce. It suits a contingency or retained firm, US-weighted, for which Recruit CRM’s AI Sourcing was the feature that mattered most.
Pricing
Loxo Professional is USD 199 per user per month billed annually, paid up front (loxo.co/pricing, 13 Sep 2026): the tier carrying Loxo Source, the agentic workforce with its AI Notetaker, Loxo AI Chat and API access, with 2,500 pooled credits per seat per month. Core at USD 149 drops all of those. Both tiers are labelled a limited-time offer; no monthly price is published. Migration is free for Core teams of three or more seats, a scoped package otherwise.
Where Loxo is ahead of Kepler
The sourcing graph: 850M+ professionals with contact information delivered alongside shortlists, which Kepler has no equivalent to in any form. Loxo Outreach runs email and SMS sequences with A/B testing, where Kepler sends email only. Loxo documents job-board integrations including Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Seek, Reed and CV Library; Kepler has no multiposting. Loxo ships a sales CRM with deals, data-quality agents that de-duplicate against a canonical company graph, SSO and SAML on Enterprise, and has built recruitment AI since 2012 with named customer stories. Kepler has none of those.
Side by side: Kepler vs Loxo. The long-form account: the Loxo review.
6. Vincere
What it is
Vincere is a recruitment platform for mid-size agencies in the UK and APAC, sold as Access Vincere Evo by The Access Group and described as trusted by 22,000+ recruiters: a core CRM and ATS surrounded by modules — TimeTemp for pay and bill, Engage and Portals for candidate-facing sites, Vinneo for video — with other Access products alongside. It suits a Recruit CRM customer growing a temp book that wants one vendor across front and back office.
Pricing
The like-for-like plan is the CRM and ATS licence from GBP 69 per user per month plus the Base Smart Pack from GBP 25 per agency per month, the pack carrying Copilot, candidate scoring and the content optimiser. Both are UK “from” prices billed monthly; the page offers a tailored quote and publishes no annual figure (13 Sep 2026). The licence alone carries none of the AI. The enrichment agent, chatbots and CRM automation need the Automate pack from GBP 235 per agency per month; advanced analytics and connectors are paid add-ons.
Where Vincere is ahead of Kepler
Vincere TimeTemp covers timesheets, leave, shift scheduling, pay rules and invoicing, with Access FastTrack360 Evo for payroll beside it; Kepler has no timesheets, invoicing or payroll. Vincere posts jobs through Broadbean and idibu, sells Access Onboarded for screening, has SMS from the record, native iOS and Android apps, Vinneo for video interviewing, and the LiveList, Engage and Portals products for client- and candidate-facing sites. Kepler has one client portal per job and a job board on your domain.
Side by side: Kepler vs Vincere. The long-form account: the Vincere review.
7. JobAdder
What it is
JobAdder is a long-established ATS and recruitment CRM for agencies and in-house teams, weighted towards Australia and New Zealand with a substantial UK business. Its feature list is distribution-heavy: posting to more than 200 job boards, a marketplace of more than 100 integrations, four portals, an opportunity pipeline, SMS recruitment and iOS and Android apps. It suits a Recruit CRM customer whose Job Multiposting add-on is the feature they use most.
Pricing
JobAdder publishes no price for any plan. The tier to put beside the others is Recruiter Essential, whose card lists Adder Intelligence (Smart Summaries, Smart Sync, Smart Job Descriptions, Smart Floats); jobadder.com/pricing (13 Sep 2026) offers a tailored proposal after a demo. Recruiter Lite is also unpriced and drops Adder Intelligence, standard automations, analytics and API access. Six paid add-ons: dedicated IP, API and sandbox, single sign-on, Broadbean, Smart Forms, Hiring Manager Portal. Migration cost is not published.
Where JobAdder is ahead of Kepler
One written ad posted to more than 200 job boards with source tracking, where Kepler has no multiposting at all. A marketplace of more than 100 integrations including payroll partners such as Astute Payroll, APositive and Bilflo, which Kepler reaches only through its API and webhooks. iOS and Android apps, SMS as a platform feature, four branded portals against Kepler’s one, an opportunity pipeline, LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect and SEEK Talent Search Connect, ISO 27001:2022 certification, and years of customer case studies. Kepler has none of those.
Side by side: Kepler vs JobAdder. The long-form account: the JobAdder review.
Which Recruit CRM alternative should you choose?
The add-ons added up, and your database is the asset. Choose Kepler: one edition at USD 99 with analytics, automations, the careers site, the API and the migration in it, and a search that reads the emails and call transcripts Recruit CRM’s Boolean search does not. Accept that you lose timesheets, bulk SMS, multiposting and the mobile app.
You need more back office, not less. Choose Crelate in the United States for Crelate Deliver beside the pipeline, or Vincere in the UK or APAC for TimeTemp with The Access Group behind it. Both price their AI tier on request.
You need reach into people who are not in your database. Choose Loxo for the 850M+ graph at a published USD 199, or Recruiterflow for AIRA Source and native multichannel sequences on an AIRA Plan priced on request.
Paid job boards are where your candidates come from. Choose JobAdder for 200+ boards from one screen, and budget for a tailored proposal rather than a published price.
You want a newer AI-native product that still publishes a price. Spott Pro at USD 199 gives you more modules — opportunities, scorecards, seven diallers, enrichment, a mobile app, ISO 27001 — and Kepler at USD 99 gives you one assistant across the whole workspace and a done-for-you migration.
Frequently asked questions
Is Kepler a good Recruit CRM alternative?
For an agency whose main asset is its database, yes. Kepler is USD 99 per user per month billed annually with one edition, so the things Recruit CRM meters or moves up a tier — AI candidate matching, open API access, the careers site, advanced analytics, workflow automation — are simply on, and the migration is done for you at no cost. Its assistant and search read CVs, notes, email threads and call transcripts, where Recruit CRM’s Boolean search covers profile fields and the CV in the default Resume field. It is not a good alternative for a contract or temp desk: Kepler has no timesheets, invoicing or contractor pay, no bulk SMS, no multiposting, no data enrichment, no mobile app and no ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and Recruit CRM ships all of those.
How much does Recruit CRM cost?
Recruit CRM Business — the first tier with the fifty-match AI matching allowance, MCP and open API access — is USD 135 per user per month billed annually or USD 159 monthly, checked 13 Sep 2026 on recruitcrm.io/pricing. Pro is USD 95 annual (USD 109 monthly) with two AI matches, no API or MCP, fifteen custom fields, one pipeline and one sequence. Enterprise is USD 215 annual (USD 259 monthly) and bundles the add-ons that Pro and Business pay for separately: Advanced Analytics USD 25 and LinkedIn Messages USD 12 per user per month, Workflow Automation USD 41 a month, Recruit Craft USD 41 a month, Job Multiposting USD 20 a month and Data Enrichment USD 250 a year. Done-for-you migration is priced by data volume; the CSV import tool is free.
Which Recruit CRM alternatives publish their pricing?
Of the seven tools in this post, Kepler (USD 99), Spott (Pro, USD 199) and Loxo (Professional, USD 199) publish the annual price of the plan that carries their AI, as does Recruit CRM (Business, USD 135). Recruiterflow publishes its Platform Plan at USD 119 but prices the AIRA Plan on request; Crelate publishes Business at USD 119 and Essentials at USD 85 but prices Business Plus on request; Vincere publishes UK “from” prices only, billed monthly, with a tailored quote; JobAdder publishes no price for any plan. All checked 13 Sep 2026.
Which Recruit CRM alternative has timesheets and invoicing?
Crelate, through Crelate Deliver, and Vincere, through Vincere TimeTemp with Access FastTrack360 Evo alongside it. Recruit CRM itself sells timesheets, invoicing and contractor pay as a product line and lists invoicing on all three plans. JobAdder runs no native timesheets or payroll but reaches partners such as Astute Payroll, APositive and Bilflo through its marketplace. Kepler, Spott, Loxo and Recruiterflow have no back office; Kepler’s answer is a public REST API and outbound webhooks so a placement can drive whatever pay-and-bill system you already run.
Which alternative keeps AI sourcing like Recruit CRM’s?
Loxo, whose Loxo Source graph is published as 850M+ professionals with contact information delivered alongside shortlists on the Professional plan, and Recruiterflow, whose AIRA Source covers 850M+ profiles with phone and email finder agents on the AIRA Plan. Crelate’s Discovery Agent searches what it describes as up to 1 billion people. Spott enriches missing contact details through a waterfall of providers rather than selling a pool. Kepler has no sourcing database and no enrichment; it derives changes only from your own emails, calls and messages and from the LinkedIn page you have open.
Can you migrate from Recruit CRM to Kepler?
Yes, and it is free on every Kepler plan. Recruit CRM’s FAQ says you can cancel at any time and should export your data before you do. You send that export plus any loose CVs, spreadsheets and shared-inbox archives; Kepler handles extraction, mapping, de-duplication and validation, rebuilds your custom fields as real fields rather than flattening them into notes, and shows you fifty of your own records fully parsed before the full load. Activity, stages and history come across, the migration lands in days, and Kepler exports the whole workspace at any time with no exit fee. The parsing engine is RemakeCV’s, a Kepler product that 300+ recruitment agencies use.
Is there a free Recruit CRM alternative?
Not among the seven here, and none of the seven publishes a free tier for agencies. The lowest published entry prices are Crelate Essentials at USD 85 per user per month paid annually (two users, 20,000 contacts, no AI Assistant), Kepler at USD 99 with every feature included, and Recruiterflow’s Platform Plan at USD 119 without the AIRA agents. Recruit CRM’s own Pro tier is USD 95 annual with two AI matches. Every price is from the vendor’s pricing page on 13 Sep 2026.
