Signing in to a client shortlist
Open your recruiter’s shortlist and recover from expired links or an unrecognised address.
Your recruiter may invite you to a client shortlist when their workspace has Client portal enabled. You do not need a Kepler recruiter account or password. Use your personal invitation and the email address your recruiter invited.
Open your shortlist
- Open the invitation from your recruiter, or use the client portal sign-in page.
- Enter the invited email address and request a sign-in email.
- Open the newest sign-in link, or enter the code from that email when the page offers that option.
Sign-in links work once and expire after 30 minutes; the code in the same email also expires after 30 minutes. Keep personal links private. Once signed in, open the job shortlist to review the candidates your recruiter has shared.
If you cannot get in
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Expired or already-used sign-in link | Request a fresh sign-in email and use the newest link or code. Do not keep retrying the old one. |
| Invitation has expired | Use the page's new-link option, or ask your recruiter to resend your invitation. |
| No sign-in email arrives | Check spam and the address you entered. The sign-in page does not confirm whether an address has access. If you are unsure which address was invited, ask your recruiter. |
| Access revoked | Ask your recruiter about restoring access. A new sign-in email cannot override revoked access. |
| You can sign in but cannot open this job | Check the signed-in address. Ask your recruiter to invite that address to the job, or return to the shortlists you can already see. |
| The shortlist is empty | Your recruiter may not have shared a candidate yet, or may have removed a previous share. Contact them to check. |
Review and respond
The recruiter controls which candidate details and actions are available. Use the shortlist's rating, comment and interview-request controls when offered. An interview request sends preferred availability to your recruiter; wait for their confirmation before treating it as a booked meeting.
If you are the recruiter managing access, see Sharing candidates with clients.
