AI suggestions
Lightweight AI prompts — suggested updates and tasks — and how to review them singly or in bulk.
Kepler surfaces AI suggestions in Notifications — ideas extracted from your conversations and records that you can confirm or dismiss in a click.
Kinds of suggestions
- Suggested updates — field values the AI believes are missing or stale, each showing the source it was inferred from and the records involved. Suggestions can target centrally supported built-in fields and custom columns configured to read from source content.
- Suggested tasks — commitments detected in emails and meetings, with proposed assignee and due date (see Managing tasks).
Reviewing
Suggestions appear in the Notifications queues and in context on the relevant pages. For each one you'll see the source, the record(s), and the proposed value or action — confirm to apply, reject to dismiss.
Bulk review: when many suggestions accumulate (say, after connecting a mailbox with years of history), use Accept all or Reject all for the current Inbox filter, or from a group's menu. Accept all counts only the suggestions it can safely apply — a suggestion that conflicts with an existing value is excluded and still needs your decision. Suggested tasks can also be reviewed — and edited before acceptance — directly in the Tasks page.
The rule
Suggested updates can fill missing values or change stale values — but nothing happens without your click.
