Account settings

Manage your personal profile — name, avatar and password.

Settings → Profile holds your personal profile. These settings are yours alone — they don't affect teammates or the workspace.

Profile

  • Full Name — how you appear across the app: as a record owner, task assignee, note author and on your booking page.
  • Avatar — Kepler currently displays your generated profile avatar; uploading a custom image is not yet available.
  • Timezone — choose a timezone, or use Automatic to follow your device. Times across the app are shown in it.
  • Email — the address you sign in with. It's fixed to your account and can't be changed; contact support if you genuinely need to move to a new address.

Click Save Changes when you're done. Two-factor authentication is on its own page — Settings → Security.

Your personal booking link lives on its own page — Settings → Scheduler. See Booking links.

Password

To change your password, use Forgot password? on the login screen — a reset link is emailed to you. Choose something long and unique; a password manager is your friend.

One account, your workspaces

Your login identifies you; the workspace holds the data. If you're invited to another workspace, you accept with the same account and switch between them — no second login needed.

Personal communication settings live on their own pages: connected accounts under Settings → Communications Accounts, signature and templates under Settings → Email, the AI Note Taker under Settings → Calls, and your booking page under Settings → Scheduler.
