AI job descriptions

Writing adverts is the part of advertising most desks postpone. Kepler's description editor has AI built in, so a publishable draft is one click away.

Generate

On the job's Advertising tab, click Generate in the Public advert section. The AI uses the job title, company, location, employment type, department and internal brief, then follows your workspace's job ad template. To set it, click Template next to Generate, enter the headings you want, one per line and in order (for example About us, The role, What you bring, Benefits), and click Save template. It's one template for the whole workspace, so it applies to every job, and Rewrite follows it too. Leave it empty and the AI chooses the structure itself. Review the result before publishing.

Rewrite

Already have copy? Click Rewrite, type an instruction in plain language and click Apply:

• "Make it more concise and remove the buzzwords"
• "Adjust the tone for a senior executive audience"
• "Translate to German"

The rewrite replaces the editor contents. Draft postings stay private until you publish them. Changes to an existing posting save automatically, including rewritten copy: if it is already published, those changes update the live advert. Close a published posting before revising it if you need to review privately, then publish it again when ready. Check that the editor has saved successfully before leaving.
