Frequently asked questions

Quick answers on migration, trials, AI, data and platform support.

Switching & setup

What platforms can I migrate from?
Kepler can migrate common ATS and CRM data. Supported source systems, mapped records and timing depend on the quality and format of your export; your implementation contact will confirm scope and schedule. See Importing your data.

Can I try Kepler before switching?
Book a demo and we'll walk through Kepler against your own desk, then tell you what starting looks like for your team.

How fast can we go live?
Self-serve, the same day. Migration timing depends on your export; your implementation contact will confirm a schedule.

Email & calendar

Which providers are supported?
Google Suite syncs Gmail and Google Calendar. Microsoft Outlook syncs Outlook mail and calendar. See Connecting accounts.

Who can read my email?
You control it per account with three sharing levels — metadata only, subject + metadata, or full access — plus per-person grants. See Email privacy & sharing.

Can Kepler send email?
Yes — compose and reply from your connected account, with templates and your signature. See Sending email from Kepler.

AI

Which AI features are included?
All of them. Kepler is one plan and AI is part of it on every seat. On-demand generative actions draw on your monthly AI allowance, and the optional Unlimited AI switch removes that ceiling. See Billing & seats.

How is my data handled by AI features?
See AI & data privacy, or contact your workspace administrator for current subprocessor, retention and training-use details.

Can AI change my data without me knowing?
No — changes to existing data appear as AI suggestions for review before they are applied.

Data & security

Where can I find privacy and compliance information?
Review Kepler's approved security documentation or contact the privacy team. See Security & compliance.

Can I export my data?
Any record list exports to CSV or Excel from its toolbar, with your current filters and columns. For a workspace-wide export, contact support to ask about formats, scope and delivery timing.

Platform

Which browsers are supported?
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. The LinkedIn extension runs in Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave).

Is there a mobile app?
Kepler works in mobile browsers, including the public job portal, which is mobile-first. There is no separate native iOS or Android app.

How do I contact support?
Open your account menu and choose Help Center for product guidance and support options. Response times vary by request.
