Reports & analytics
Built-in dashboards for the agency’s core questions, plus custom dashboards you assemble widget by widget.
Reports in the sidebar is where you measure the agency — pipeline movement, delivery conversion, fees billed, consultant performance. A global date range (last 30 / 90 days, 12 months, this quarter, this year, all time) applies across whichever dashboard you're reading.
Built-in dashboards
| Dashboard | Question it answers |
|---|---|
| Agency Overview | How is the desk doing overall — pipeline at a glance, applications over time, movement. |
| Job Orders | How is the job book performing — intake, open roles, commercial value and coverage gaps. |
| Placement Finance | What have we billed and collected — fee income, rebates, invoice status and payment status. |
| Delivery Funnel | Where do candidates stall — the application funnel, stage flow, interview outcomes. |
| Recruiting Depth | Where delivery needs attention — stage aging, source effectiveness and recruiter workload. |
Custom dashboards
Click New dashboard to build your own (e.g. "Recruiter performance") and add widgets with the report editor:
- Choose what to measure and how to slice it — by consultant, client, job, period.
- Pick a chart type and, for trends, a time granularity (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Save — the widget joins the dashboard and reruns on live data every time you open it.
Creating or changing custom dashboards requires report-editing access. Only a custom dashboard's owner can edit it. Placement Finance is visible only to users with finance-reporting access.
Reports worth having
- Pipeline by stage — where is everyone in process, and where do they stall?
- Submissions by consultant — who's putting candidates forward, at what conversion?
- Fees billed by period — how did we actually do last month/quarter?
- Placements by client — which accounts produce, which only consume effort?
- Outcomes by reason — why are we losing the candidates and business we lose?
Data quality caveats
- Reports read your records — placements without fees, jobs without closed reasons and stale stages all show up as holes in charts.
- Record outcomes with reasons consistently; the funnel and win/loss charts are only as honest as the exits you log.
Make one dashboard per management ritual — the Monday pipeline meeting, the monthly billing review — so the meeting starts from the same numbers every time.
