Booking links (scheduler)
Share a personal booking page; candidates and clients book straight into your calendar within rules you set.
Stop the "does Tuesday 3pm work?" ping-pong. Kepler gives every user a personal booking page — share the link, and candidates or clients pick a slot that's genuinely free in your connected calendar.
Setting up
- For Kepler's built-in booking page, connect your Google or Outlook calendar first (see Calendar & scheduling). If you only want Kepler's booking-link buttons to point at an external scheduler, you can save that URL without connecting a calendar.
- Go to Settings → Scheduler and turn on the Booking link.
- Copy your personal booking link — anyone with it sees only times that are free on your calendar. You can regenerate the link if you ever need to retire the old one.
Your booking rules
Set these under Booking rules and Weekly availability on the same page:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Weekly availability | Time slots per weekday when you accept bookings (e.g. Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00). Add multiple slots per day; days with no slots show no availability. |
| Meeting durations | The lengths visitors can choose — any combination of 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. |
| Maximum days in future | How far ahead bookings are allowed (up to a year). |
| Minimum booking notice | How far in advance someone must book — no more meetings appearing 10 minutes from now. |
| Minimum booking buffer | Breathing room enforced before and after your other meetings. |
| Timezone | The timezone your availability is defined in — guests see slots converted to their own local time. |
Prefer Calendly or similar?
Turn on Use external scheduler link and save your Calendly or other scheduler URL. Kepler's booking-link buttons and composer insertion will use that URL. This setting does not redirect or replace an existing Kepler public booking-page URL.
What the visitor experiences
- They open your link and see the available slots — your availability windows minus existing calendar events, with notice and buffer rules applied, in their local time.
- They pick a duration and slot, enter their details and optionally a note.
- The event is created in your calendar and both sides get the invitation.
Put your booking link in your email signature and outreach templates. Pair it with the AI Note Taker and a booked screening call comes back as structured minutes without you touching a notepad.
