Billing & seats
The Kepler plan, seat usage, and what happens when you hit the limit.
The plan
Kepler is sold as a single plan, called Kepler. Every feature is included on every seat — unlimited records and storage, plain-English search, CV parsing and bulk import, the AI Note Taker, Gmail and Outlook sync, calendar and scheduling, pipelines, jobs and tasks, the branded job board, the Chrome extension, custom fields and saved views, and reporting and billings. There is no tier to compare and nothing held back for a higher package, so the only thing that changes what you pay is how many seats you have.
The price is per user, per month. UK pricing is £79 billed annually (£948 per seat / year), or £99 billed monthly. Local pricing is also available in USD, EUR, SGD and AUD; the pricing page carries every current rate. There's no setup fee and no seat minimum.
Enterprise
Larger teams and multi-office agencies can talk to us about Enterprise, which is custom priced: everything in Kepler plus volume seat pricing, single sign-on, invoicing and purchase orders, multiple offices on one bill, and a managed migration. Talk to sales to discuss it.
Where to see your seats and usage
The top of Settings → Members shows "X of N seats used" across active members and pending invitations, with how many seats are available.
Settings → Usage & billing is open to every member and shows this billing month: AI actions, which are included on every seat with no monthly cap, and your remaining enrichment credits. Admins also see a By member breakdown of both.
How seats are counted
Active members plus pending invitations count against your seat limit. Revoking a pending invitation or removing a member frees the seat immediately. People listed under Former members (leavers whose records you kept under their name) don't use a seat. If an invite seems "stuck" against your count, check the Pending invitations section on the same page for invites you can revoke.
When you hit the limit
With no seats left, Kepler blocks new invitations and blocks acceptance of an outstanding one, both with a clear message. Free a seat by revoking a pending invitation or removing a member.
Enrichment credits
Finding LinkedIn profiles, emails and mobiles for your candidates and contacts uses enrichment credits, managed on Settings → Enrichment.
- Included with your seats — each seat adds a batch of credits every month. The Credits section shows what's left, the next monthly batch and when credits expire.
- What a find costs — a LinkedIn web search is free; a work email is 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10. Checking a profile for updates from LinkedIn is 1 credit. You're charged only when something new is found.
- How long they last — credits included with your seats last 3 months; credits you buy last 12.
- Buying more — where it's offered, owners and admins can click Buy credits for packs of 1,000, once or every month.
- Who can spend them — Who can run finds on the same page sets who can use credits and an optional monthly limit per person.
Changing seats or billing
There is no self-serve seat change, plan payment or subscription invoice page inside Kepler. Contact your Kepler account or support contact to change your seat limit or billing cycle.
If the workspace becomes inactive
If the workspace's access lapses, Kepler shows Workspace access is disabled and every page except Settings → Profile is closed off until it's restored. Invitations, AI features and CV parsing are blocked while it lasts. Nothing is deleted — contact your workspace admin or Kepler support.
FAQs
- What happens to a removed member's records? They stay in the workspace. When you remove someone you either hand their records to a teammate or keep them under the leaver's name and move them later from Former members. See Roles & permissions.
- Where do I get help? Click Help in the workspace menu to open help articles, ask a question or contact support without leaving the page.
