October 2026
Jobs that keep themselves in stepNew
Two optional rules under Settings → Jobs & pipeline → Keep them in step:
mark a job Filled when every opening is placed, and when a job closes, reject
its active candidates with the reason "role closed" (placed candidates are left alone). Both
are off until you turn them on.
October 2026
Field settings in one place, and Fill blanksImproved
Settings → AI → Fields now lists every field for each record type, built-in
and custom, plus your glossary, and replaces Fields & definitions. Each AI field can be set
to Fill blanks (AI fills an empty cell on its own, with Undo, and any change to
an existing value goes to Review) or Always ask.
October 2026
LinkedIn found for every new candidateNew
When a candidate arrives without a LinkedIn profile, from Add candidate, a CV filed from
email, a job board application or a CSV import, Kepler searches the web for it for free. A sure
match is added with Undo; others wait on the record. Switch it off under
Settings → Enrichment → Automatic.
October 2026
Records use the full widthImproved
Candidate, company and job records give their tabs the whole page. Details ›
at the end of the tab row, or Discussion in the header, opens the side panel
over the content when you need it.
October 2026
Draft the email as you move a candidateNew
Moving a candidate into an interview, offer or submitted stage, rejecting them or placing
them now offers to draft the email from the client's template for that stage. Accepting an AI
stage suggestion opens the same dialog, and pending suggestions are marked on cards, lists,
records and emails.
October 2026
WhatsAppNew
Link your own WhatsApp number under Settings → Connected accounts. Chats
with your candidates and contacts appear on their records, shared at the level you choose, and
you can reply from Kepler. See
Connecting your WhatsApp number.
October 2026
Booking pagesNew
The scheduler now has meeting types with their own questions, weekly hours, one-off changes
and time off, private links for one person, and bookings that wait for your approval. Set it up
under Settings → Scheduler; see Booking
pages.
October 2026
A signature for each inboxImproved
Each connected inbox can have its own signature, and you can import the one you already use
in Gmail or Outlook. Switching the From address in a draft switches the signature with it.
Find it under Settings → Email & signature.
October 2026
Help inside KeplerNew
Help in the workspace menu opens these articles in a drawer beside your work,
with Ask for questions and Contact support when you need a
person.
October 2026
Check for updates from LinkedInNew
Refresh a person's title, employer and location from their LinkedIn profile, one record or a
bulk selection at a time; Compare shows each change, old and new, with Revert
and Undo all. It costs 1 enrichment credit, only when something actually changed. Automatic refresh is in Settings →
Enrichment and is off until you turn it on.
October 2026
Dictate to the assistantNew
Use the microphone in the assistant's message box to speak instead of typing.
October 2026
Hover cards on namesNew
Rest on a candidate, contact or company name to see their email, phone and LinkedIn with
quick actions, and Find for any detail that's missing. On touch screens,
long-press the name.
October 2026
Former members keep their recordsNew
When you remove someone you can keep their records under their name instead of handing them
over. They show as Left, can't sign in and don't use a seat, and
Settings → Members → Former members lets you move their records later. See
Roles & permissions.
October 2026
Attachments filed onto recordsNew
Documents people send by email or WhatsApp are saved to their candidate or contact, a CV as
their CV, and a CV from someone new can become a candidate. Choose what happens under
Settings → Record capture → Attachments and CVs.
October 2026
Send the note taker to any meetingNew
On the Calls page, Send note taker takes a meeting link and
sends the note taker to that call, even when it isn't on your synced calendar.
October 2026
Settings, reorganisedImproved
Settings now answers "who does this affect?" first: your own pages sit under your name, and
the workspace's are grouped into Recruiting, AI & automation, Communication and Hiring
channels. Search at the top of the sidebar finds any page or section, and old links still
work.
September 2026
Comments and @mentions on recordsNew
Discuss a candidate, contact, company or job right on the record. @mention a teammate to
notify them, in comments or in notes. Workspace rules for comments are under
Settings → General → Discussion.
September 2026
Enrichment: find LinkedIn, emails and mobilesNew
Find fills in a person's LinkedIn profile, work or personal email and mobile,
one record at a time or in bulk, from an automation or by asking the assistant. LinkedIn
searches are free; emails and mobiles use enrichment credits, included with every seat each
month. See Billing & seats.
September 2026
Consultants and share-aware placement reportingNew
Placements now show Consultants on the Details tab. Add one or more
people with percentage shares totaling 100%; the first line is the Lead.
Everyone can see names and shares, and the Consultants dashboard counts
shared work by percentage. Fee amounts remain visible to finance.
September 2026
Log calls and meetings on the Notes tabNew
Calls, meetings and messages you log by hand sit alongside notes on a record's
Notes tab — filterable by kind, with direction, outcome and the time they
happened. The record's History tab stays the read-only audit spine, and
scheduling lives on the Calls tab.
July 2026
One Pipeline page for every applicationNew
The Pipeline page lists every application across all jobs — stage, offer,
submitted date and outcome in one place. Submissions live on the application itself: flag a
stage as "Marks submitted" and the submitted date stamps automatically, and
client responses are recorded as outcomes with reasons.
July 2026
Send email from Kepler — with templates and signaturesNew
Compose and reply from your connected account without leaving the CRM. Save reusable
email templates, set your signature, and attach files up to
25 MB. Sent mail threads back onto the right records like everything else.
June 2026
Communications, grouped by personNew
The Communications page collects your correspondence by person rather than
by folder — switch between Inbox, Unread, Drafts, Scheduled, Sent, Archived and Deleted, and
every thread attaches itself to the matching candidate, contact and company.
June 2026
Granular email sharingNew
Email privacy has three levels — metadata only, subject line and
metadata (the default), and full access — plus per-person grants,
so you can give your pod full visibility while the rest of the workspace sees only the shape
of the relationship.
June 2026
Note Taker: native Zoom capture and recording scopeNew
Zoom meetings are captured natively — no bot joins the call. Auto-recording
scope lets you record all online meetings or external meetings only, and a
summary template shapes how minutes are written. Transcripts and minutes
export as text, JSON or Markdown, and per-meeting Delete data removes
everything permanently.
June 2026
Custom report dashboardsNew
Reports ships five built-in dashboards — Agency Overview, Job
Orders, Placement Finance, Delivery Funnel and
Recruiting Depth — plus custom dashboards you assemble widget by widget:
pick a metric, a slice, a chart type and a time granularity.
June 2026
One History feed per recordNew
Every record's History tab is a single feed of eight families — calendar
events, task events, note events, updates, stage changes, list changes, files and logged calls
& messages — with per-family filters.
June 2026
Help Center with Ask AINew
The help center you're reading: persistent sidebar navigation, a changelog hub, and
AI-friendly docs (Copy as Markdown, open any article in ChatGPT or Claude,
and llms.txt). The Ask AI button answers questions straight from
these articles, with sources cited.
June 2026
Match criteria for AI matchingNew
Job matching runs a criteria-first rubric: define the must-haves and nice-to-haves on a
job and the matcher scores every candidate against each criterion, so you can see why
someone matched — not just a number. Results blend semantic, keyword and structured signals
before a final AI judge pass.
May 2026
Pipelines: stages and outcomes, separatedNew
Pipelines track where a candidate is (stage) separately from
how it's going (status), so a rejection at interview keeps its history.
Workspace admins can customise stages per workspace, and cards on the kanban board are
configurable — choose exactly which fields show.
May 2026
Add candidates from CVNew
Drop one or fifty CVs into the importer and Kepler parses them in the background into draft
candidate records — contact details, work history, skills — ready for review before anything
touches your database. Duplicates are flagged against existing candidates automatically.
April 2026
AI Note Taker for meetingsNew
Connect your calendar and Kepler's note taker joins your calls, records a transcript, and
files a summary against the right candidate, contact and job records. Works with Zoom, Google
Meet and Teams meetings booked in your synced calendar.
April 2026
LinkedIn Chrome extensionNew
The Kepler extension recognises LinkedIn profiles as you browse: see at a glance whether
someone is already in your CRM, and import new candidates with one click — no copy-paste.
March 2026
Kepler Assistant — chat with your CRMNew
The assistant answers questions across your whole workspace ("who have we placed at fintech
companies in Leeds?"), using semantic search over candidates, jobs and notes. It can draft
emails, create tasks and update records — every change is proposed for you to confirm
first.
March 2026
Booking links and schedulerNew
Share a booking link and let candidates and clients pick a slot that works — synced against
your real calendar availability, with automatic calendar invites.
